The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport of the Government of Singapore.
To update the aesthetics and functions of their microsite e-bulletin and EDM as the previous microsite was not mobile responsive and its design was outdated.
The previous EDM’s layout was also lacking an appealing and unique design.
- Created a fresh, modern, and organized microsite e-bulletin design.
- Created a mobile-responsive EDM layout with a better design that can support both the government intranet and the internet.
- Achieved a high open rate of 32.2% and a click rate of 8.6%, both more than the industry average of 26.33% and 3.99% respectively.
